Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your reserved time. Because we hold the slot and prepare your formulation fresh, later cancellations may be charged.

Yes. Certain medical conditions, allergies and medications can make IV therapy inappropriate. A licensed provider evaluates every member before care, and will tell you if something on the menu is not suitable for you.

No prior prescription is needed. Our licensed on-site providers conduct the required medical evaluation during your visit. Peptides, weight-management medication and anything else prescription-only are issued only after that evaluation.

No. We operate as a direct-pay clinic and do not bill health insurance. Many members pay with an HSA or FSA card, though eligibility depends on your plan rather than on us, so check with your plan administrator.
