This website is not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information about the services Rejuve Clinics Sherman Oaks, Inc. offers. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation that any particular treatment is right for you.
Reading this website, using any tool on it, or booking an appointment does not create a patient-provider relationship and is not a substitute for a consultation. Nothing here should be used to delay or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional, and you should not stop or change a medication because of anything you read here.
A licensed provider decides what is appropriate
Booking a treatment is a request for an appointment, not a decision that the treatment will be given. A licensed healthcare professional reviews your history and your current health when you arrive, decides whether the treatment is appropriate for you, and may decline to provide it or recommend something else. That judgement is theirs and it is made in person.
Some conditions and medications make a treatment unsuitable. Tell the clinical team if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart, kidney or liver condition, have a clotting or bleeding disorder, have any allergy, or take any regular medication.
Results are individual
Individual results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Where this website describes what a treatment is intended to support, that is a description of the treatment, not a promise about what it will do for you.
Prescription treatments
Treatments marked as prescription-only are prescribed only after a licensed provider has reviewed your history and determined that the treatment is appropriate for you. Payment for an appointment is not a purchase of a prescription, and does not oblige any provider to issue one.
Where we provide care
Our services are provided in person. See Where we serve for the places we are able to treat patients.
In an emergency
This website is not monitored for emergencies and we cannot respond to urgent clinical questions through it. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local medical provider or dial 9-1-1.
