Accessibility

We build towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means keyboard access to everything you can do with a mouse, visible focus, text that resizes without breaking the layout, meaningful alternative text on images that carry information, form fields with real labels, and colour contrast that meets the guideline.

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Where we fall short, we would rather hear about it and fix it than say nothing.

Anything you can do on this website can be done by telephone. If any part of the booking process is difficult to use, call us on (818) 290-3711 and we will book your appointment for you and answer any questions about a treatment.

Our clinic is on the ground floor with step-free access from the street. If you have a requirement we should know about before your visit, tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
