Privacy Policy

Rejuve Clinics Sherman Oaks, Inc. · Last updated September 3, 2026

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you use this website (the “Website”). The terms “you” or “yours” refer to the user of the Website. Your privacy is important to Rejuve Clinics Sherman Oaks, Inc. (“Rejuve,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner of the Website. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Website, the ways in which we use, maintain, protect and disclose that information, and your rights with respect to such information.

By accessing or using this Website, you consent to this Privacy Policy and the data collection practices described herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Website.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on and through this Website, including in any electronic messages between you and the Website. It does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline or through other means, for example at a live event, by telephone, through the mail, or as a patient of Rejuve.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you are a patient of Rejuve, this policy does not apply to your personal health information obtained during your visits and stored on our HIPAA-secure electronic medical record patient portal. Our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we collect and treat the health information of Rejuve patients, is supplied to all patients upon registration. The patient portal is hosted on a separate server and is not part of this Website.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may need to, and we reserve our right to, change this Privacy Policy from time to time, in which case the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and we will update the effective date at the top to reflect the date of the change. By continuing to use the Website after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified, so please check back from time to time to be aware of any modifications.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

This Website and any products and services offered herein are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected or received any information from anyone under the age of 13, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at contact@rejuve.com.

Information we collect, and how we collect it

When you access the Website, its content and its services, we will learn certain information about you during your visit. We collect this information:

  • Directly from you, when you provide it to us
  • Automatically, as you navigate through the Website
  • From third parties, for example our business partners

The Website provides various places for visitors to provide information. We collect information when you fill out any type of form on the Website, schedule an appointment through the Website, sign up for our email newsletter, leave comments including on Rejuve’s social media, purchase a programme, product or service through our Website where that option is offered, or otherwise contact us by email or an online form located on our Website.

The information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, any comments you provide, records and copies of your correspondence together with your email address and our responses, and, if you make a purchase through the Website, your address, billing information, and details of the transactions you carry out (collectively, “personal information”). You are not required to provide any personal information merely to access or visit the Website.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation and are responsible as data controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

Booking an appointment

When you book an appointment through this Website we collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth, together with the treatment, date and time you have selected. We ask you to agree to this policy before you provide those details, and we record the date and time of your agreement.

That information is shared only with the service providers needed to hold your appointment and take payment: our practice management system, which holds the booking and your patient record; our booking store, which reserves the time; and our payment processor, which handles your card details directly so that we never see or store them. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

This Website is not intended for the transmission of medical records. Please do not enter medical details into the booking form. A licensed provider takes your history when you arrive.

Automatic data collection, cookies and tracking

As you visit and navigate through the Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies such as cookies, small files saved by your web browser, to collect certain non-personal information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. This generally includes information about your location, your traffic pattern through our Website, and communications between your computer and our Website.

This Website does not load any analytics service, advertising pixel, tag manager, session recording tool or chat widget. We do not track your activity across other websites and we do not build an advertising profile from your visit. The only third parties whose code runs on this Website are the sign-in, booking and payment providers described above, and an embedded map on pages that show our location, which is configured not to receive the address of the page you are reading.

If we introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser, though parts of the Website may then not work. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, only a generic cookie will be placed on your device while the Website is accessed.

Text message (SMS) policies and your consent

If you opt in to receive text messages from Rejuve Clinics, we collect your mobile phone number and the date, time and method of your consent. We use this information only to send the messages you signed up for and to manage your opt-in and opt-out status.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our SMS platform provider, and only as needed to operate the programme.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@rejuve.com. For full programme terms, including message frequency and applicable rates, see our Terms of Service.

How we use your information

We use information that we collect about you, or that you provide to us, to send you emails when you request information from us, to respond to your comments and questions, to provide support to users of the Website, to provide you with information about our services, to notify you about changes to our Website, to provide you with information, products or services you request from us, to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, to understand and analyse usage trends and preferences so that we can improve our service, and in any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

If you make a payment or purchase through this Website, we will also use the information we collect to fulfil orders, deliver services and complete transactions, to process payments, and for billing and collection.

Email policies and the CAN-SPAM Act

We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties, and we will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We will maintain the information you send by email in accordance with applicable federal law.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from Rejuve will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all email messages from us provide the opportunity to opt out of receiving future communications by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such email at any time. After unsubscribing, we will discontinue sending the messages as soon as technically feasible.

Security

Information submitted through this Website is transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, which is one reason this Website is not intended for the transmission of medical records.
